Join us in bringing hope to Spanish-Speaking women and men with cancer and their families.

As a volunteer, you will:

• Help preserve quality of life for those with cancer and their families
• Improve your community
• Work with dedicated staff
• Learn new skills and knowledge
• Meet new people

There are many ways you can help:

• Provide transportation to appointments and meetings
• Assist with community education and patient events
• Help with shopping, child care and household tasks
• Become a friendly visitor and provide emotional support
• Become a community health promoter to educate the community about cancer and staying healthy
• Help with the Celebration of Life
• Offer workshops or support education events

Flexible hours and time commitments are available.

Fulfill community service requirements.

Training provided. Spanish helpful.

Many of our clients need emergency financial support when they become too ill to work (to pay the rent, utilities or telephone, or for child care and transportation during treatment).
